3. Payments

  • Large handyman/tractor jobs may require a 50% deposit.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Weather delays will be completed within 24–48 hours when possible.

5. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

  • All payments for completed services are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only eligible if the customer cancels before the crew arrives and no work has started.

  • If a customer is unsatisfied with the results, we offer:

    • One (1) free touch-up within 24–48 hours, when applicable

    • Customer must submit photos within 24 hours of service

  • Refunds cannot be issued for:

    • Completed mowing, landscaping, or tractor work

    • Overgrown/tall grass services

    • Jobs performed exactly as described in the approved estimate

    • Disposal, dump, or haul-off fees

    • Weather-related delays or factors outside our control

  • If unexpected conditions increase labor time (extreme overgrowth, debris, hidden obstacles), the crew will notify the customer before proceeding.

  • By scheduling service, the customer agrees that results may vary depending on yard condition, weather, soil, and property layout.

6. Property Access

Customers must ensure:

  • Gates are unlocked

  • Pets are secured

  • Major obstacles are removed when possible

If the team cannot access the property, the visit may be charged.

7. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for damage to:

  • Hidden yard objects (sprinklers, toys, cables, debris)

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Weather-related deterioration

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If something is missed, we will return within 24–48 hours to correct it at no charge.

9. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income

  • Indirect damages

  • Customer-provided misinformation

10. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service in cases of:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Harassment

  • Illegal activity

11. Intellectual Property

This helps us complete your service efficiently.

During Service

Our crew will:

  • Mow or complete the requested work

  • Trim/edge as needed

  • Blow off debris

  • Do a walk-through before leaving

Weather Delays

If there is rain, lightning, or unsafe weather:

  • Your service will be rescheduled within 24–48 hours.

Cancellations

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged.

Payments

  • Same-day payment is required unless you’re on a monthly plan.

  • Large projects may require a deposit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, we will return within 24–48 hours to fix it, free of charge.

Property Damage

If accidental damage occurs due to our error, we will make it right.
