Refund Policy

BearCuts Environmental provides property maintenance services that are customized and scheduled based on individual property needs. As such, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Service Payments

Payments are applied toward scheduled services, planning, and operational costs. Once services are scheduled or performed, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations

Clients may request service cancellation with reasonable notice. Services already performed or scheduled may still be billed.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered only when services were not performed as agreed due to our error.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Weather conditions may delay or alter service schedules. Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

One-Time & Specialty Services

One-time services, cleanups, or specialty work (including tractor or equipment services) are non-refundable once performed.
